This Public Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the methods by which Cohh, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") manages the personal information of users. Please read it carefully before using the services provided by the Company.

Article 1-1 (Definitions)

Unless otherwise specified in this Policy, terms used in this Policy shall be as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

Article 1-2 (Amendments to this Policy)

The Company may amend this Policy. In the case of significant changes, the content of the amended policy and the date it becomes effective will be notified to users in advance, and the changes will take effect from the date of their implementation.

Article 2-1 (Acquisition of Personal Information)

The Company may acquire information that can identify specific individuals, such as names, email addresses, social network accounts, profile pictures, and other information sent by users.

Article 2-2 (Acquisition of Usage Information)

The Company may acquire information about the device used, location, behavior, and other circumstances when users utilize the services provided by the Company.

Article 2-3 (Purposes of Using Information)

The Company uses the information acquired from users for the following purposes:

  • Providing services to users
  • Communicating with users
  • Conducting surveys and analyses on service usage
  • Maintaining and improving the quality of services
  • Conducting marketing activities towards users
  • Developing new services
  • Compliance with legal obligations by the Company
Article 2-4 (Measures for Security Assurance)

When acquiring information from users, the Company shall manage the acquired information appropriately and take necessary measures to prevent leaks, loss, or damage.

Article 3-1 (Instructions for Provision)

Upon receiving instructions from a user, the Company may provide the user's information held by the Company to third parties in accordance with those instructions.

Article 3-2 (Requests for Disclosure, etc.)
  1. When requested to disclose personal information held by the Company, the Company will disclose such information without delay unless any of the following applies:
  1. There is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the user or a third party;
  2. There is a significant risk of hindering the proper execution of the Company’s operations; or
  3. It would result in a violation of laws.

Article 3-3 (Verification of the Person)

To protect the personal information of users, the Company may verify that the person making the request for disclosure or various inquiries is indeed the user.
